Old Broad Street

Two commercial developments positioned adjacent to Tower 42. Photomontages and CGIs were produced for both 20 Old Broad Street, an office refurbishment with the addition of a fourth floor and in contrast, for 30 Old Broad Street, a complete new build offering 69,900 sq ft over six floors.
